4k LCD and Comcast and Hz

LCD Flat Panel Displays - www.avsforum.com
Hey everyone,

Still on our year long journey for a new TV. I'm the type that totally over-researches, but that has allowed my 720p panny plasma to last 12 years

Can someone help me understand Comcast 4k feeds, and hz? Our budget will be under $2000. Mostly we watch off the Roku, so 4k a lot. In the fall I'm a HUGE Seahawks fan, so we will likely get Comcast just for the NFL season. I also use the TV for Playstation, but considering I've gamed on my 12 year old plasma with no worries, not to worried about input lag etc.

So, does Comcast upscale to 4k well? Or would an OTA HD antenna be better for games? Does 60 vs 120 hz REALLY matter if I don't hook a computer up to it?

Lastly, what is the minimum brightness I should look for? Natural light in the room but we have blinds. I imagine the plasma we are used to is not very bright, comparatively.

Lots of questions, thank you for any answers you can give.
