Oak Creek, WI - Best Whole House HD Antenna

TV Fool above (am unable to post links on here yet). I am just on the verge of cutting the cord. I will be getting a Mi Box for my main TVs for movies and shows. My main question, however. I want to get an antenna to put in my attic for all my local stations. I would like to connect it up to the splitter that my cable company used when we had cable TV here. The COAX is already run through the house so it would be pretty easy to connect up my TVs to it. Can anyone provide some helpful information on the best antenna for such purpose. There are so many, ranging from the GE 34792 Attic Mount Antenna, Mohu Sky 60 amplified antenna, Free Signal TV Marathon whole house HDTV antenna, and different 1byone antennas. I am starting to get overwhelmed and don't really know what I really need in order to do what I want. I likely will replace my current splitter with a port distribution amplifier that has only the amount of splits that I want to use (4 currently) to minimize any losses.

Thank you very much for your help.
