Yamaha 2030, 3030, Pioneer SC-75, SC-77?

Receivers, Amps, and Processors - www.avsforum.com
I am getting down to my short list of HT receivers. So many to choose from. I tend to keep things for a long time so I want to get one that will not be obsolete in a few months. From reading I have narrowed my choices to Yamaha 2030, 3030, Pioneer SC-75, SC-77. I have eliminate Onkyo due to their reliability issues and Marantz because I really do not like the appearance of their receivers.(I know, petty). I did not look to much at the Denon line because I was becoming overwhelmed and confused. Obviously the 2030 and the SC-75 are in the same price range approximately but if I can convince myself that I absolutely need the step up to the 3030 or the SC-77, well I just will have to get one of those. I want a receiver that will also do 2 channel stereo very well. For my 2 channel mains I am currently using a Mini-DSP external crossover feeding multiple amplifiers. The surrounds are being fed the old fashioned way. I am ready to buy/order one today, I just need to figure out which one.

Thank you for reading. .avs-threads-first-post-500x50 { width: 500px; height: 50px; } '); }
