Connecting two systems to the same subwoofer

Subwoofers, Bass, and Transducers - www.avsforum.com
Hi all,

I have a pair of Audioengine A2+ speakers, and a set of 5 old satellites and an even older receiver (which still works).

I would like to buy a subwoofer and connect it to *both* systems, so both can utilize it. I'm not very worried about switching between one system and the other since both won't play at the same time.

Can this be solved with something simple like a RCA Y-splitter for the LFE outputs of both systems? Or are there subs available with two inputs?

(Some context on why I have this bizarre setup - I have a PC and a TV in the same room. The 5.1 system will be hooked up to the TV, the A2+es are hooked up to the PC. The PC and TV are 90 degrees from each other so I can't use the same system for both)
