fresh air ventilation quandary

General Home Theater & Media/Game Rooms - www.avsforum.com
I am finally finishing up my theater / man cave after putting off the drywall and painting for 2ish years, but recently ran into an unforeseen dilemma and I'm hoping you guys can have some suggestions.

My room is an addition on the back of the house which I believe used to be a deck, but is now a fully-fledged suspended addition. However, they never bothered to connect it to the home's HVAC system and now that I've sealed it up nicely for home theatering, there is no airflow whatsoever.

Some googling suggested putting a fan up in the attic on one side with some insulated ducting zig-zagging through a 'labyrinth' to pull air out, along with a matching zig-zag labyrinth of ducting on the opposite end leading to an opening to fresh outside air, and I can't think of any other way to keep fresh air coming in but I'm not sure how to explain this to my HVAC guy.

Cooling and heating are covered by a soon-to-be-installed ductless mini-split heat pump, but as the ductless implies there is no fresh air brought in.

Thoughts or suggestions?
