Sound to outdoor TV?

Outdoor Theaters - www.avsforum.com
Here is the setup...

Charter Spectrum Service (Cable)

4 cable DVR’s

1 cable non-DVR

1 Google wifi mesh network with 3 routers throughout the house

3 firesticks – 1 hooked up

4 smart tv’s – 2 Vizio, 1 TCL and 1 Sony

2 Apple TV’s – 1 2nd generation, 1 3rd generation

No telephone

3 Amazon Echo Dots

1 Echo Show

1 Amazon Echo

4 Oontz Bluetooth speakers

Cable internet also 60+

1 Sonos AMP running 4 outdoor speakers

1 additional 55” smart television that will be on a lowering actuator on our porch

1 HD antennae that will go in the ceiling of the porch but will only get local channels

Here’s the question – how do we get the other channels on the outdoor TV that doesn't have room for a cable box AND how do we get decent sound from that outdoor TV. Keep in mind, there are two speakers on that particular porch connected to the Sonos but I don’t know if we need something else.
