EzBuy Prime cannot use Sensitive Sea Shipping?

Home Theatre & Audiophiles - www.hardwarezone.com.sg - forums.hardwarezone.com.sg
Hi guys,

I bought the Swans M200MKIII last night through EzBuy and I used Prime for the $2.99 shipping. I went through the whole checkout and didnt see any option for sensitive sea shipping. So today I spoke to EzBuy's CSO and they informed me that we can't choose shipping method for prime orders. I'm not sure how true this is as it seems to be stated that it's only economy air or economy sea for prime orders, but I did saw another post on this forums the other day that advised me to choose prime + sensitive sea shipping for my speakers. The CSO went on further to advise me that sensitive shipping is for custom sensitive items including food, cosmetics, etc. which actually does sound like it doesnt apply to the speakers and that there is not much difference btw sensitive and non-sensitive, with regard to inspection and repacking.

So three questions: is it really this case? i.e. buy using prime means cannot use sensitive sea shipping? second, sensitive shipping refers to for food and cosmetic items and not for speakers [I had assumed that sensitive means careful handling... haha]. Lastly and most importantly, based on you guys' experience, is it okay to go ahead with normal sea shipping for speakers [cause i've no experience in buying such items from overseas]

thank you!
