Changing SoC of smartwatch

Smartwatches Forum - www.tomsguide.com
Eh i was trying to get android on my chinese smartwatch (DZ09) but then android seems to need too much ram and rom and stuff and my DZ09 clone seems to only have about 32mb ram and 32mb rom...

So i was wondering whether i could change the Mediatek mt6261da SoC to Mediatek mt6580 which is capable of running android 5.1...

Is this possible?

Do i need to be expert solderer?

Its not soldered into board right?

Also does all SoCs have different pin structure?

Thanks in advance for any answer...
