Help restoring a Technics SL-2000

Turntables | Audiokarma Home Audio Stereo Discussion Forums - audiokarma.org
I picked up a Technics SL-2000 I want to restore. It's got a couple of issues. It plays fine, but the cartridge looks tilted to the side, where's the adjustment for it? The tonearm rest is broken, I have a replacement, but can't figure out from the service manual how to replace it. It's missing a hinge, looks like it might be the same hinge as the SL-1900/1950, but I can't find any on that auction site. Also, the counterweight doesn't seem to have threads, I just pull it front, and back, and it's held in position solely through friction. Is that normal?
