Buzzing from power supply Samsung LED

LCD Flat Panel Displays - www.avsforum.com
Hello,

My grandmother has a Samsung LED TV model un55d6000sf

The TV is about 2 years old or less.

I noticed a loud buzzing coming from the back, like something was vibrating against the rear cover which could be felt when touched.

I took the rear off and powered it on. The buzzing is a lot quieter with the rear cover off but it's still there. Its very random, increasing and decreasing in intensity and frequency.

I used a straw and isolated the noise to the white component in the bottom center of the power supply board.

The part is labeled:

2W 105K | 11

SIC 460S | 31

I'm not sure what it is, I'm guessing its some kind of resistor (2 watt 105k ohm?)

There is an image attached.

Anyway... the noise eminates from the base of this part and when the rear cover is installed. I believe there is some kind of electromagnetic feedback causing the metal rear cover to vibrate. Is this a known problem? Can I replace this part or should I try and replace the entire power supply board? Or could something else be the cause?

The TV works fine otherwise... I'd like to fix it before it gets worse.
