Concord MK-10, really just a Sherwood s-7100, blowing rectifier diodes.

Solid State | Audiokarma Home Audio Stereo Discussion Forums - audiokarma.org
So I'm working on a Concord MK-10, which from what I can tell is damn near identical to a Sherwood s-7100 non a version. I replaced all the c458 transistors as I ahve read they are really noisy and seemed to be at fault. I also recapped the audio signal. I forgot to trim some of the leads of the one transistor on the preamp after I installed (I had to put it down and pick it up the next day, so it isn't as bad as me just not doing it). When I turned it on today after I got home from school the rectifier diodes popped, and as I've messed with stuff have continued to. At this point I have no idea what to check as I've replaced all the transistors on that channel of the preamp, replaced one bad looking resistor in the board, and replaced more transistors elsewhere. I don't know how similar the boards are to the Sherwood, but from pictures it's the same. Oh and I'm confused with how to bias this reciever, if anyone understands that I would appreciate knowing. Thank you in advance!
