First Home Theater Room!
New to the forums, and been reading as much as I can, but I think I just would like to get some advice from y'all.
Closing on a new home in the end of May, and I have a Media room that I had pre-wired for 7.1. I have gone to Best Buy to listen to some different speaker combinations and am really liking the sound of the Bowers & Wilkins, so I had them write up a build, which came to just about $12,000. This, of course, included all labor, and a screen that I thought seemed a bit extravagant as well. So the build is as followed.
Room Size: 11'3" wide, 16'7" long, 10' high. The room is painted mostly black, including the ceiling.
Will be mounting a 110" screen and having one set of 4 thin design Theater Seats (HT Design Belmont Powered Seating) unless you think there would be room to put a riser for 2 rows?
2 Front Towers: Bowers & Wilkins 683 S2
1 Center: B&W HTM61 S2
2 Rear: B&W 4" 100W Satellite Speakers
2 Ceiling Mid (ATMOS): B&W 6" 2-Way In-Ceiling
1 Sub: SVS 10" 300W Sub
Receiver: Marantz SR .2-Ch Hi-Res With HEOS 4K Ultra HD
Projector: Trying to decide between these two.
-Sony VPL 080p SXRD
-Epson HC 5040UB
I would love any feedback and ideas, as this is my first room to "build". I look forward to hearing back.
