ILO 42" 1024x768 HD TV

Plasma Flat Panel Displays - www.avsforum.com
I am starting to look for an inexpensive PLASMA TV and came across one at WALMART. IT is the ILO 42" HD 1024x768 PLASMA Model #P42HSMR-UA2. Here are the specs:

Screen Size: 42 inch

Brightness: 1100cd/m2

Contrast: 10000:1

Dimensions with Stand: 40.8" (W) x 29.4 (H) x 11.8 (D)

HD-Ready: Yes

DVI: Yes

Widescreen: Yes

Model No.: P42HSMR-UA2

Shipping Weight (in pounds): 95.0

Assembled in Country of Origin: USA and/or Imported

Origin of Components: USA and/or Imported

Wal-Mart No.: 000522864

is there anything wrong ith buying a 1024x768 TV? Im currently using a TUBE HD 16:9 TV which is 1024x768 I think. Is the contract and brightness OK for a plasma? does this TV have both HDMI and Component input? I need both inputs..

Thanks for all of your help...
