Panasonic HDTV 1080i Color Problems

My Panasonic HDTV 1080i (about 7 yrs old) has discoloration where the screen almost looks too bright and the colors are not showing as they used to, everything appears very light. I've messed with the picture settings on the TV to no avail. I also just dropped $100 on a new lamp, but that made no effect on the problem. Any suggestions on what this might be and how i can fix it? Thanks!!!!!

I have Panasonic hdtv 1080i. When turn on it flashes green for a while and turns red flashing. I have also looked on my panasonic remote and did see PIP button to reset the timer.

The power light keeps flashing and the tv won't turn on. If you unplug for a minute and hit the power button it sound like it is coming on then it shuts off and the red power light flashes slowly. Any suggestions?
We bought this televison from a private individual that said it played well. We hooked it up to our Direct Tv DVR box via the regular cable that screws on to the connector on the tv. Picture is extremely snowy and fuzzy...can hardly see it. Do we need to do something else? Thanks !
I will turn it on and then after about 5 seconds it will make this clinking noise. My dad says its a lamp but i'm not sure. Whats wrong with it?
no picture, there is a click when power on pressed and then red light flashes 3 times pauses and repeats, what is fault and is it worth the expense to fix?
