Sleep message: It looks like you may not have worn your device to sleep on this day

Hi there,

Browsing Garmin Connect I noticed the following message in Health Stats - All Day Stress.

"It looks like you may not have worn your device to sleep on this day. Wearing your device both day and night will return the most consistent, accurate results."

But I do use my Vivoactive 3 24/7 and I am able to see my sleep cycle in Garmin mobile app and in Garmin Connect.

Furtheromore, in Insights I don't get any data for Sleep.

Any ideas?
